I am sure I am not the only person who wants to know this stuff.

How do i control a panic attack?

What triggers panic attacks?

I am getting sudden panic attack symptoms at what seems to me to be totally random times and places.I am trying to keep notes so I can get an idea of if somewhere or someone is causing these attacks to start. It is difficult to think of this stuff when I am going through the attack obviously but I am trying.

What is the best way for me to deal with these panic attacks, I don’t wnat to just stop going out altogether.
